Complete-system T94 SKU. Section 4 (NIOSH Approval, Cautions, and Limitations, page 12) states the T94-R, T94i-R, T94i-R XL and Face Shield PAPRs are manufactured by OTOS Tech Co. Ltd. for Miller under NIOSH approval numbers TC21C-1239, TC21C-1342, TC21C-1345, TC21C-1198 — the manual does not map each individual TC number to a specific model in one table, so this is recorded as manufacturer-listed rather than officially-approved (no approval label itself was inspected). Correction: the "Includes" spec previously stated this SKU includes a "blower/PAPR unit" — re-checked against the Figure 8-4 parts table (page 39) directly and no blower/motor part number appears there or anywhere in OM-OTC-287372 (a manual scoped to PAPR Head Assemblies only); the Includes line has been corrected to list only the components the table actually shows.
