How long does the Trend Airshield Pro last on a charge?

Per Trend’s official AIR/PRO product page, the standard UK/EU AIR/PRO unit’s battery is rated at 6 hours. A separate regional variant, the AIR/PRO/ANZ (240V AU/NZ plug SKU), instead uses a removable 8-hour Ni-MH battery — so runtime differs by which regional SKU you have.

Note that the Airshield Pro (AIR/PRO) is not a welding PAPR — it’s a positive-pressure, loose-fitting dust respirator marketed by Trend for woodworking, MDF, brick, concrete and stone dust, certified to EN 12941:1999 TH2P. There’s no welding-fume-rated filter option for it, so it shouldn’t be relied on for welding fume protection.

As with any PAPR, actual runtime will vary with battery age and airflow setting — check the approval label and EN 12941 classification on your own unit, and Trend’s documentation for your specific SKU, before relying on stated runtime figures.
