ESAB Savage A40 PAPR
ESAB's US-market NIOSH-approved PAPR kit built around the Savage A40 auto-darkening welding helmet (prepared-for-PAPR variant 0700500400). Sold as the complete kit 0700002400 ("Savage A40 9-13 Black, with NIOSH PAPR"). Uses its own 0700002xxx part-number range distinct from the EMEA EPR-X1/EPR-X1.1 system — do not cross-fit parts between the two even though both PAPR blowers pair with related Savage helmet shells.

Remarques
ESAB sells two structurally separate PAPR ranges under related Savage helmet branding: the EMEA EPR-X1/EPR-X1.1 (see system esab-epr-x1, EN 12941 TH3P, 07005009xx parts) and this US Savage A40 PAPR kit (NIOSH 42 CFR 84, 0700002xxx parts). ESAB's EPR-X1 fact sheet lists "Savage A-40 (prepared for air)" as one of its compatible helmets, which refers to the same prepared-for-air helmet shell (0700500400) — but the PAPR blower/filter/battery hardware itself is not interchangeable between the two kits; treat them as separate systems for fitment purposes.
