The manufacturer's product-range page (unfiltered listing) separately shows CST1014/1015/1016 as "CleanSpace CST Half Mask – Small/Medium/Large" without the harness callout, alongside these CST1034/35/36 SKUs described as including the harness — a possible bundle/no-bundle SKU split the manufacturer's own site does not fully reconcile.
