Particle-filter-only tube per this matrix, for welders needing extra reach — not listed as compatible with any gas-filter (A1B1E1/A2) configuration, and not listed as compatible with the M-406/M-407 headtop group at all. For gas-filter work, use tube 834009 instead. Not to be confused with the legacy "83 40 10 — Breathing tube +25cm" / "83 40 12 double length" / "83 40 13 triple length" numbering in the 2008-era Speedglas catalogue, which used a different tube-length numbering scheme entirely.
